RESERVATION POLICIES

BEACH CLUB - LOUNGERS AND TABLES
A cover charge is required for the use of the facilities, which is fully credited toward food and beverage consumption. On weekends and during peak seasons, advance payment is recommended due to high demand. All reservations made on Open Table without an advance payment have a 15-minute tolerance and are subject to space availability upon arrival.

BEACH CLUB - VIP AREAS
VIP areas such as Private Residences, Lounge Rooms, or Islands require 100% advance payment online for reservation, which is fully credited toward food and beverage consumption. If you made a regular reservation through Open Table and wish to upgrade to a VIP area, advance payment and area selection are required.

The latest time for VIP area reservations is 2:00 PM, with a maximum tolerance of one hour. Additional people beyond those included in the VIP area price will pay the basic lounger cover charge on-site, receiving 100% credit for food and beverage consumption.

ACCESS TO THE BEACH CLUB INCLUDES:

• 100% credit toward food and beverage consumption

• Umbrellas, towels, and access to the pool

• WiFi, restrooms, lockers, and showers

• Spa & Bar Massage and Boutique available for an additional cost

GENERAL POLICIES

• Suitable for all ages. Children up to 12 years old do not pay the cover charge. From 13 years onward, they are considered adults. Grupo RosaNegra reserves the right to request ID for minors.

• For credit card payments, identification must be presented.

• Bringing outside food or beverages is prohibited.

• Cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

• In case of bad weather, you may request a date change based on availability or use the credit at the covered restaurant.

RESTAURANT
Reservations in the restaurant area do not require a cover charge and can be made directly on Open Table. All reservations have a 15-minute tolerance.
