RESERVATION POLICIES

BEACH CLUB - LOUNGERS

A cover fee is required for the use of the facilities, which is 100% credited toward food and beverage consumption. During weekends and high seasons, advance reservations with prepayment are recommended due to high demand. All reservations made through Open Table without prepayment have a 15-minute grace period and are subject to space availability upon arrival.

BEACH CLUB - VIP AREAS

VIP areas, such as Private Residences, Lounge Rooms, require 100% online prepayment for reservation, which is fully credited toward food and beverage consumption. The latest reservation time for VIP areas is 2 PM, with a maximum grace period of one hour. Additional guests not included in the VIP area price must pay the standard lounger cover fee on-site, which will also be 100% credited toward food and beverage consumption.

BEACH CLUB ACCESS INCLUDES:

• 100% credit toward food and beverage consumption.
• Umbrellas, towels, and pool access.
• WiFi, restrooms, changing rooms, and showers.
• Boutique (additional cost).

GENERAL POLICIES:

• Suitable for all ages. Children up to 12 years old do not pay a cover fee.
• From 13 years old, they are considered adults. Grupo RosaNegra reserves the right to request identification for minors.
• All credit card payments require an ID to be presented.
• Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
• Cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
• In case of bad weather, you may request a date change (subject to availability) or use the credit in the indoor restaurant.

RESTAURANT

Reservations in the restaurant area do not require a cover fee and can be made directly through Open Table. All reservations have a 15-minute grace period.
